I love it, the story is so well done. It makes me wonder if she is a clone zako from Yuri or the real one. I’ve been wondering for a while if the machine they are escorting is a cloning machine.

Thanks, my man~ I would say in the context of this story, it is a bit hard to justify a full-on cloning technology. Because in that case, the big combatant organizations would just use more clone soldiers, wouldn’t they?

Big corporations might be looking at low recruiting numbers and are desperate to get a big advantage in numbers of soldiers over the rival corporations. I would think it would only be a thing for the biggest groups.

That could certainly be the case. But a universe without affordable clone technology at all could easily be a reasonable setting as well.
